Which plan is right for me?

Free is enough if you simply want to be findable. Basic is worth it if you want to win new clients: we personally suggest you to matching clients in the guided matching. Pro is for everyone who also wants to shape their full presence, with more photos, a video, their own logo and statistics.

Can I try Basic or Pro for free first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can try Basic and Pro free for 14 days, once per account. You add a payment method when you start; if you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged.

Question 3

How do I cancel, and what happens afterwards?

Accepted Answer

You cancel anytime yourself in your account, with no notice period and no minimum term. Your plan then runs until the end of the paid period and switches to Free automatically. Your profile stays online and your data is kept.

How many clients will find me through the platform?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your specialty and location. The more complete your profile, the better your visibility. We match clients intelligently with suitable therapists, based on quality, not payment.

Can I change my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. There's no contract and no minimum term.

Who can see my profile?

Accepted Answer

Your profile is publicly visible, so clients can find you. You decide what information to share. All data is stored encrypted on EU servers.

Is the free profile really permanent?

Yes. The free profile is a firm promise, not a transitional phase: permanently online, findable on Google, with unlimited contact requests. Paid plans extend how you present yourself and whether you are personally suggested in the guided matching. They never change the order of search results.

Why is Free not included in the guided matching?

Accepted Answer

The guided matching is our most elaborate tool. Clients answer questions about their concerns, practical constraints and preferred setting, and we then suggest individual profiles personally, each with a reason why they fit. Being suggested there does not mean appearing in a list of a hundred names, but in a shortlist of a few. This personal recommendation is available from Basic. Everything else stays the same on Free: unlimited contact requests, a profile page that is permanently online and findable on Google, listed on equal terms in the directory, in search and in every filter. The order within the results cannot be bought on any plan, ranking follows fit alone. Medical profiles are always included regardless of plan, because § 53 of the Austrian Medical Act prohibits doctors from paying for patient referrals.

Am I findable on Google with Free, or do I need the microsite for that?

You are findable from day one, at no cost. Every published profile gets its own public page that is listed in our sitemap and indexed by search engines, regardless of plan. The microsite is not a second website and not access to Google, but the design of that very page: cover image and section visibility, and from Pro also your own colours, a logo, section ordering, an intro video and your own FAQ section. What you pay for is how your page looks, not whether it is found.
